Amorette’s Patisserie officially opens on May 15th right along with the Town Center at Disney Springs. Theme Park Tourist reveals the luscious news!

Disney has announced a brand new bakery for Disney Springs’ Town Center that is aiming to do for baked goods what the Ganachery did for candy. Named Amorette’s, this new bakery will open on May 15th and feature a unique kitchen concept storefront that will gives guests the chance to watch professional pastry chefs make some culinary magic at this Disney owned and operated patisserie.

This sweet new location will have plenty of unique items for guests to sample, including eclairs, New York-style cheesecake, opera cake and sacher torte. Amorette’s will also have a Signature Cake which will feature 10 decadent layers of flavors and textures.

Several sweet drinks will also be available for guests, including coffee, tea, and signature beverage Amorette’s Hot Chocolate Ganache, which is a cupful of drinking chocolate, served with Chantilly and shaved dark chocolate on top. In addition to the grab and go items available for guests to pick up, Amorette’s will also take custom cake orders from guests with 72 hours notice.
