There’s only one place where you can dance battle with a panda, sing along with a barbershop quartet, and race through New York with the glorious scent of pizza drifting through the air. And it’s right here in Universal Studios Florida.

I got to talk to some guests about their race with Jimmy Fallon through the streets of New York City on Universal Orlando’s newest attraction “Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon”. Here’s what they had to say.

“Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon” has been in limited previews for the past few weeks and this is one experience you won’t want to miss.

Take a Trip Down Memory Lane

You’ll first enter and be able to check out the history of NBC and The Tonight Show in the memorabilia hall. This is also where you’ll pick up your colored peacock feather card that guides you through the experience.

Dance Battle with Hashtag the Panda

Once your colored peacock feather card is called, you’ll move upstairs where you’ll be able to meet Hashtag the Panda. Snap a photo with him or, if you’re up for challenge, try and beat him in a dance battle.

Sing Along with Ragtime Gals

You’ll also be able to catch a live performance from the Ragtime Gals. They’re a barbershop quartet who mashes up modern hit songs in—you guessed it—true barbershop quartet style. I was left in tears from laughter after one of their numbers. You won’t want to miss them.

Send a “Thank You” from an Interactive Desk

Before you make your way to the ride, check out the interactive desks throughout the pre-show area. You can send your very own “Thank You” notes to your friends and family like Jimmy does from the show, as well as play games and watch your favorite Tonight Show clips.

Race Through The Big Apple Against Jimmy Fallon

When your feather card color flashes again, it’s time to buckle up for the race of a lifetime with your fellow audience members. Head into the Studio 6B Lobby for your briefing and then fly through the streets of New York City with Jimmy Fallon. The sights, sounds and smells (did I mention the pizza?) of New York City will surround you.

As you’re making your way to “Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon” in Universal Studios Florida, download The Official Universal Orlando Resort App and access Virtual Line to select your ride time. This allows you to enjoy other areas of Universal Studios at your leisure until it’s your time to begin your ride experience. You can also reserve your ride time at the kiosks located in front of the attraction. Once your time comes, head over to the main entrance for your ride experience to begin.

“Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon” will grand open on April 6.
