Lake Nona developers announced plans for a waterfront, dinner-only restaurant and a market, both to open in the Laureate Park Village Center in January 2016.

Featuring the freshest, local ingredients and innovative food and market options, the soon-to-be-named restaurant will become the latest concept in the award-winning Tavistock Restaurant Collection portfolio.

The venue will feature the 278-seat restaurant and an adjacent market featuring freshly prepared breakfast and lunch items, housewares, books and local goods.

The menu is expected to feature American classics with local ingredients prepared as appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and wood-grilled pizzas and flatbreads.
